The other natural solution is to employ stress management techniques such as relaxation breathing, a physical activity intentionally slowing down the heartbeat and introducing more amounts of oxygen into the bloodstream.

Stress reduction is important as people live longer. The quality of life is directly correlated to amount of stress that has been present during a person’s lifetime. An accumulation of constant or frequent stress diminishes health and enjoyment of life.
